Venue Rental Terms
The deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your event. A security deposit of $350.00 is required. A mandatory $150 clean-up fee will be deducted and the remaining $200 will be returned after the event.
Your party must be done and must be locked up and cleaned by 3:00 AM UNLESS discussed otherwise and a fee will be included. No exceptions!
No smoking inside of venue 🚭 Deposit will be forfeited if caught smoking inside of venue! If you would like to smoke hookah inside of the venue a fee applies and must be discussed with management!
