I barely ever write reviews especially bad ones because I don’t want to damage a businesses reputation, but I feel a need to here because I want to protect others from loosing their money like I did.The initial message I received stated that deposits are refundable. Only AFTER I sent my deposit, was I sent an invoice that had added fine print stating deposits were not refundable.(very convenient after they already had my money). After requesting a refund due to covid and bringing these issue to their attention, (with proof) this company has responded by ignoring my messages. I tried to resolve these issues multiple times privately before posting this review. My advice, find a respectable business with an actual contract and cancellation fee that is shared up front - especially during this pandemic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Photos attached

Everything You Need to Know
To secure your date, a deposit is required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your event. A security deposit of $400 is required — this includes a $200 cleanup fee, with $200 returned after the event if the venue is left in acceptable condition.
Payment can be made via Zelle or card. A 3% processing fee applies for card payments.
Self-guided tours are available! Contact us at info@envoguebanquethall.com to coordinate your visit.
Yes, we allow you to bring in your own vendors. We have an in- house decorator that can provide decor services if you would like.
No smoking inside of venue 🚭 Deposit will be forfeited if caught smoking inside of venue!
Yes! Although we are able to help with bartenders and catering packages. You are more than welcome to bring in your own food. Alcohol is allowed but should be consumed responsibly and should not be serve to anyone under the legal drinking age. Alcohol should be served by a licensed bartender at all times.
